Sienna

Sienna is served by Fort Bend ISD, with several campuses inside the community itself, including Ridge Point High School. Zoning can still vary by section, so confirm the assignment for the exact address.

Sienna is built across multiple Municipal Utility Districts, and each phase has its own. Those MUDs repay the bonds that funded roads, utilities, and the community's amenities, which pushes the total tax rate above what you'd see in an older neighborhood whose bonds are paid off. Newer phases generally carry more remaining bond debt than older ones.

Sienna is a resort-style master plan — water parks, sports complexes, and miles of parks and trails — which is a large part of why it draws families. Those amenities are what the MUD bonds funded.

Sienna is in Missouri City, in Fort Bend County, just southeast of Sugar Land. It shares the Fort Bend ISD draw, which is why it's often discussed alongside Sugar Land communities.
