I'm Jimmy Villanueva and I am very much looking forward to meeting You! I grew up in South Texas and studied music at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. While going to school I developed a love and passion for serving people. Being a seasoned musician and being deeply connected with my faith, I decided to serve others by becoming a full time vocational worship and college pastor at a great church in Richmond, TX. I worked and served our community in this capacity since 2007.
Over the last 15 years I put into practice some great real estate principles I learned from my mentor- an accomplished broker and real estate investor. From personally investing in commercial property to renting and flipping homes, I am very excited to take the lessons I've learned to serve you with excellence and integrity in the world of real estate. I'm bilingual and I am confident I will be able to help you reach for the stars with your next real estate transaction.
